Here are some more of the photos from out job in the Chartridge. A wide range of colours of our products are available, if you have any queries please don’t hesitate to ask.

These are some more photos from the rear of the property. This lower extension was initially meant to remain as the original wood stained fascia boarding. However the customer requested that we add this area to the job after seeing the product installed on the rest of the house. This also provided the opportunity for the to renew the two spot lights in the deep soffit area above the rear patio doors.

Chartridge Replacement Fascia Project – Chesham

In the summer of 2016 we had the short travel to the Chartridge near Chesham to undertake a large fascia job. It was a first for Mike Carroll Ltd, in the fact that we were installing one of our suppliers more unusual colours, Irish oak. This was to match the customers newly installed windows and doors. It was also decided that white soffit would be used, to help brighten the deep soffit in and around the lower porch area on approach to the front door.

With a large main roof-line and extra fascia on the front lower bay window, porch and garage, the team was here for approximately two weeks. This was slightly longer than provisionally thought, as the customer then decided to have a lower rear extension, fully replaced to match the rest of the property. Alongside this the gable end roof cement also needed replacing, adding a further two days to the job for the team.

It is important to note that we cannot guarantee we will be able to replace gable end fascia boards without damaging the verge cement, and this, if needed to be replaced, has an extra cost per metre.
