The team replaced both ours and our neighbour’s soffits and facias. From the moment I contacted the company, communication was quick and whenever a date was given, a member of the team would arrive to do what was needed; from providing a quote, to order materials to arrive to start the job. Scott and the team are the nicest bunch of blokes, always polite and nothing was too much trouble. They kept us fully updated on how the job was going and finished within the expected timeline. I have never had such super communication before when dealing with tradesmen. They carried out a super job, and I smile every time I look at the exterior of my house, I’m so chuffed! Great work and a polite, friendly and efficient team. Speedy response to my enquiry and everyone very helpful from start to finish.
Mike Carroll Ltd replaced our soffits, fascia and gutters. Very speedy response to my enquiry and a very good quote. They were recommended to us by two sets of friends and their work and attitude was brilliant. Josh, Jack and Matthew did an amazing job. 3 polite guys who were efficient and tidied up each day, leaving the site clean and tidy. Superb work at a very reasonable price
I’ve used these guys multiple times now and can’t recommend them highly enough. They were very quick to come round and assess the work, provide very reasonable costs, and got the work done in a very reasonable time frame. I’m always wary of being ripped off by traders, but these guys restored my faith in decent, honest tradesmen! A breath of fresh air and would 100% recommend them! Highly Recommended
Had soffit, guttering and fascia’s replaced by Mike Carroll’s excellent team on Wednesday and yesterday. Full praise to James, Jack and Matt. Polite, professional, friendly and helpful. From the start, I have not had that worrying feeling of ‘What have I done!’. From the initial visit by Mike, the thorough and excellently laid out quote, and the work yesterday, I have felt calm, knowing that I was dealing with professionals and great people. Quality service
During a renovation, we discovered a box window flat roof was leaking and in urgent need of replacement. Mike and his team managed to find a slot 2 days later despite being very busy which meant other trades could continue to their agreed schedules. Jamie and Jack did the work and were prompt, professional, polite and did an excellent job. The work area was left tidy and clean.

The Absolute Best Customer Service, Quality and Value!
Wow, difficult to leave a review when one is lost for words! What a company, I have never experienced such unparalleled excellence. Our gutters facia and roof needed urgent attention after seeking various companies advice Mike Carroll were the obvious choice. Efficient, more than helpful top quality workmanship and genuine staff. Excellent cladding replacement
We had a lot of wooden cladding which needed replacement so chose the composite Hardie plank cladding. The team did a great job of installation and finishing off the work. We selected the anthracite colour and it looks splendid and we don’t have to worry about maintenance now. All waste was removed and everything left clean.

We were so pleased with the flat roof replacement work that Mike’s team completed for us. On the day Scott and his team explained everything they were going to do clearly and we were kept updated at every stage. They were so efficient – completing the whole roof in a day! Replacement fascia, barge boards & guttering
We approached Mike Carroll based on the information on the website backed up by the positive reviews on Which?TrustedTrader. He responded quickly to our enquiry and a visit to our house followed soon after where he measured up, listened to what we wanted and gave us practical advice. The quote arrived later that day and was clearly set out. The quote also included the cost of a local scaffolding company providing suitable access to the barge boards at the rear of the property to overcome the issue posed by a full-width conservatory. We were happy to accept the quote and had been made aware of when the work was likely to be undertaken (a couple of months away). 2 days before the work was due to start, Mike contacted us and asked if they could start a day early which was fine. James and Jack arrived early that day to start the work and, despite some unpleasant weather, carried on over the next few days until everything was finished. They were friendly, professional and their attention to detail is second to none. Also, the old boards, guttering and any rubbish were cleared away so nothing left for us to do.
We are delighted with the result and based on our experience I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Mike Carroll Ltd replaced our soffits, fascias and guttering. From quote through to completion of the work I have been really impressed with the team’s professionalism. All interactions have been friendly and courteous, and Scott and the team who did the work were very polite and respectful, answered any questions I had, and conducted themselves extremely well at all times. I really got the sense that they take pride in doing a good job, and ensuring their customers are happy with the work that has been done. The work was completed in less time than originally estimated, with the final invoice reduced commensurately, and the team cleared away all waste and left no mess at all. The work is really high quality, and we’re very happy with our new sofits and fascias which have transformed the appearance of the front of our house. Efficient, high quality work
All flat roofs replaced. Excellent communication and work was carried out efficiently. Due to weather warnings they had provided extra team members to ensure work got completed in time. Clearly demonstrated why some extra work needed doing to achieve a high quality outcome. All the team were extremely polite and I cannot recommend them enough.

Replacement Fascia, Soffits and Guttering
Scott and his team did an amazing job with our new Fascia, Soffits and Guttering. The Work – 1. The newly fitted Fascia, Soffits and Guttering look great and are working as expected. 2. We were also getting new windows so they liaised with another local company to sort out which work should be done in what order. Customer Service – 1. Scott responded very quickly whether it was by email, text or phone call. 2. After the work had been done and it had rained for the first time it looked like there was a leak. Scott gladly came out to have a look and found it was because our neighbours gutters were blocked with moss. He knocked on our neighbours door and got permission to clear their gutters to allow the rain water to flow away correctly. 3. When we were having trouble getting in contact with the other company doing work for us Scott said he would contact them for us and managed to get them to contact us within an hour. Conclusion – We would definitely recommend Mike Carrol to anyone who is looking to get new Fascia, Soffits and Guttering. Scott has provided the best customer service we have ever had.

Roof & Chimney Repairs
I have used Mike’s services over the years and can only continue to shout out loud about the excellent service. They always deliver, always do a great job and always clear up after themselves. Their estimates are always fair and they always come in on budget. They communicate well so if they discover anything additional that has not been factored in you are always well-informed. But what I particularly want to say is that Mike himself is one of the nicest and most polite man you could meet and this is proven by the team that he has surrounded himself with who are all really nice guys and always so very polite. They are a pleasure to have around and I would always recommend Mike Carroll, Scott and the team for any kind of work you need doing “up there” where you can’t or don’t want to reach.
